How does vSensPro work? 

vSensPro captures 3-axis vibration data and surface temperature of industrial equipment. It transmits this data wirelessly to a mobile app or a gateway. The data can be viewed on a mobile app, downloaded as reports or can be accessed via cloud platform dashboards. 

Who can benefit from vSensPro? 

Any manufacturing industry with rotatory equipment (motors, pumps, gearbox, fans etc) can use vSensPro for monitoring equipment condition in real time, detect potential failures early, and reduce unplanned downtime. 

How long does shipping take? 

Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and local regulations. Standard shipping time can take up to 20 business days. 

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes? 

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for details. 

How is vSensPro installed? 

vSens Pro can be easily mounted using: ✔ Magnet (quick & easy setup) ✔ Adhesive (for non-metal surfaces) 

What is the battery life of vSensPro? 

The replaceable Type C Lithium battery lasts up to 5 years. Actual battery lifetime can vary depending on usage and data transmission frequency.

Does vSensPro work with third-party cloud platforms? 

Yes! The vGateway allows integration with Vegam Cloud or third-party cloud platforms via secure APIs and custom connectors. Please connect with our customer support team at vsenscs@vegam.co
